Michelle Kay Rogers

Michelle Kay Rogers, 50, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at her home from an autoimmune disease.  She was born May, 23 1973 in Delta, Utah to Michael Arthur & Clara Jane Nelson Stanworth.  She married Bob Rogers March 17, 2005 in Delta, Utah. 

She attended SUU and Creighton University where she was on the Dean list and graduated Summa cum laude with 4.0 GPA Pharmaceutical doctorate program.  She worked at Timpanogos Regional Hospital and Utah Valley Hospital.  She loved her Job and the people she worked with in the Neurosurgery department; as much as she loved her job she couldn’t wait to get home to be with her Son and Husband.  She enjoyed gardening and her roses. 

She is survived by her Husband Bob; son: Michael; stepsons: Derek and Brandon; father: Michael Stanworth; brothers:  Shane Stanworth; T.J. (Kristine) Stanworth; her Aunts and multiple cousins.  She is preceded in death by her Mother; grandparents. 

Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Delta West Stake Center in Hinckley, Utah.  A viewing will be held prior to the funeral from 12:30 to 1:30 PM.  Interment will be at the Oasis Cemetery under the care of Olpin Stevens Funeral Home.  Online condolences can be offered at www.olpinstevensfuneralhome.com.
