Douglas Norman Waters

Douglas Waters 75 passed away December 3, 2023 at his home in Fillmore, UT. He was born August 25, 1948 in Pocatello, Idaho to Ray and Dawn Cluff Waters. He is survived by his daughters, Stacie (Patrick) Kennett, Casa Grande, AZ and Erin Anderson, American Fork, UT; siblings, Danny Waters, Fillmore, UT and many friends and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held Saturday December 9, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Fillmore City Cemetery. Friends may visit prior starting at 12:30 PM at the cemetery.
