Donna Jean Day

Fillmore, UT, Donna Jean Day, age 61, passed away in her home on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She was born on May 7, 1953 in Oklahoma City to Dan & June Mize Hook. She married Lynn E. Day September 5, 1993.

She is survived by her husband Lynn Day; brothers: Dennis (his children: Cory(Chris), Manley, Jeremy & Andrea) Hook and Ken (Linda) Hook, sister: Dana (Robert) Dewey; Nephews: Gary(Suzie-children: Zach & Jake) Spell; Ken (Carla-child: Jade) Spell; niece: Julie (Gail) Hare-child: Brittney (Brian-children: Izzabella, Daniel, Myah, Paisley Sage) Jackson; Micheal Patti.

Preceded in death by her Father Daniel M. Hook.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 22, at 1:00 PM at Olpin Stevens Funeral Home, Fillmore, UT. Viewing will be held prior to the Funeral from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
