Carol Ann Egan

Carol Egan, 78, of Fillmore, Utah, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend to those who knew her passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024. Born on March 24, 1946, Carol lived a life filled with love, compassion, and kindness. She had complete devotion for her husband until his passing, and the love for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings and everyone who came into her life. Her life was filled with much purpose and an active member of The Church of Latter-day Saints and devoted her time helping in the church with genealogy. Carol touched the lives of all who knew her, leaving a lasting impact with her gentle spirit and generous heart. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family, friends, neighbors, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. 

 Carol is survived by her two children: John Raymond Egan Jr. (Maria) of Hurricane, Utah; Teri (Brad) Olsen of Fillmore, Utah; sisters: Shirley, Barbara and Mary. She was proceeded in death by her husband: John, Her parents: Don and Georgianna; Her son; Patrick Donald Egan; Her brother: Donald James Couture; Great grandchildren: Shilo Marie Olsen and Michael Konan Jones. 

 A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January18th, between 11-2 at her daughter's house, 275 West 400 North, Fillmore, Utah. 

 Our family would like to thank all those who helped watched and cared for her since the passing of her husband and to her best friend Larona Melville and to her neighbors, Delis and Cruz for helping with things around her home and to the staff of Mission of Community for attending to her needs. May she rest in eternal peace.
